Files uploaded to Virtual Song Book, including sheet music PDFs and audio files, are stored securely and are only accessible to musicians within your organization who are granted permission by your administrators.
Members of the Virtual Song Book team do not access, view, or distribute the contents of your music library.
Virtual Song Book is designed so that each organization's music library remains private and isolated from other organizations on the platform.

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except
- When necessary to operate the service (such as secure cloud hosting providers)

Deleting your account will permanently and immediately remove your personal data from the system.
If you own any organizations within Virtual Song Book, those organizations must be deleted before your account can be removed.
